Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BonyLandSafe app and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Introduction
BonyLandSafe provides tools and services to help users record land details, upload land-related documents/images, and receive land monitoring assistance through field agents. Some features may require a paid subscription.
2. Use of Service
A) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
B) User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while using the Services
- Use the Services lawfully and respectfully
- Not misuse the Services, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access
C) Accuracy of Land Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of land details you enter (survey number, location, ownership references, and other property information). BonyLandSafe relies on information you provide and on field observations; errors in input can affect outputs.
3. Service Scope (Important)
BonyLandSafe provides monitoring assistance and reporting, not legal or ownership verification.
The Services:
- May help you track and monitor land condition and visible activity
- May provide visit reports and photos collected by field agents
The Services do not:
- Guarantee ownership, title, boundary accuracy, or legal status
- Replace legal due diligence, surveys, legal counsel, or government records
- Guarantee prevention of encroachment, disputes, fraud, or unauthorized activity
You should consult qualified professionals (legal counsel, licensed surveyors, relevant government offices) for legal and title matters.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
A) Subscription Model
Certain features/services are offered on a paid subscription basis (quarterly/annual). Some plans include a one-time setup fee for baseline mapping and onboarding. Pricing, benefits, and plan details will be shown in the app at the time of purchase.
B) Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the payment method and plan settings, unless cancelled before renewal. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Unused time is not credited when you change or cancel a plan.
If ownership documents are rejected after payment, we may pause the subscription and field visits until a replacement document is verified. A pause does not create a refund.
C) Service Availability / No Uninterrupted Guarantee
We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to:
- Network issues
- Maintenance
- Third-party service outages
- Operational constraints in field visits
D) Refund Policy (Basic)
Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in the app:
- Subscription and setup fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, including when documents are rejected
- If a refund is granted at our discretion (e.g., duplicate charge), it will be processed via the original payment method where possible. There is no in-app refund request.
If you have billing issues, contact support promptly with transaction details.
5. Field Agent Disclaimer
Field agent visits and reports are provided on a best-effort basis and may depend on accessibility, weather/safety conditions, local restrictions, and agent availability.
Visit reports and photos:
- Reflect observations at the time of visit
- Are not a legally binding verification or certification
- Should not be treated as proof of ownership, encroachment adjudication, or legal compliance
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BonyLandSafe and its founders, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for:
- Land disputes, litigation, or ownership conflicts
- Boundary disagreements or surveying inaccuracies
- Missed detections or delays in detecting changes on land
- Encroachment, trespass, theft, damage, or fraud
- Loss of profits, business, goodwill, or indirect/consequential damages
- Actions of third parties, including neighbors, trespassers, or local actors
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable subscription period giving rise to the claim (if any), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. User Content
A) Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload (documents, images, land details, notes) ("User Content").
B) License to Provide the Service
By uploading User Content, you grant BonyLandSafe a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content only as needed to:
- Operate and provide the Services
- Generate monitoring reports and enable agent workflows
- Improve reliability and support (e.g., troubleshooting)
You confirm you have the rights and permissions to upload and share the User Content.
C) Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that violates laws or third-party rights, is fraudulent/defamatory/harmful, or contains malware.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials/OTP access secure and for any activity under your account. Do not share OTPs with others.
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, we suspect fraud/misuse/security threats, or we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your customer account in the app under Profile → Delete account (subject to the Privacy Policy and legal retention of anonymized payment records).
10. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Services unless permitted by law or with our written permission.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, courts located in will have jurisdiction.
12. Dispute Resolution
